Our Property Group advise about all aspects of land law and we act in all types of property litigation. We recognise that property problems do not always come neatly packaged, and sometimes require a breadth of knowledge and experience, transcending the traditional boundaries of conveyancing and land law. One of our strengths is that we can provide people at all levels of seniority who have the cross-disciplinary expertise to deal with the whole problem, and not just the property parts of it.
Our expertise includes traditional land law matters, such as conveyancing disputes, mortgages and property finance, restrictive covenants and easements.
We also comprehensively cover all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant law and disputes involving private sector residential leaseholds.
In the wider property law sphere, our property practitioners are regularly involved in contractual disputes relating to property (particularly overage disputes), and cases of nuisance, trespass (including mass trespass) and the property related aspect of professional negligence law.
