• Adverse possession

• Restrictive covenants on freehold land

In the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber – Land Registration) for rights of way and adverse possession matters

In the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) for applications under s.84(1) of the Law of Property Act 1925 to modify or discharge restrictive covenants 

And in the Applications Court (Rolls Building) where an urgent interim injunction is required.
