KBG has three members of Chambers who specialise in Immigration Law. They both deal with a broad range of hearings across the country and cases include bail application, asylum matters, visit-visas and leave to remain appeals. Deni Mathews has represented students, workers, asylum seekers, families, children, those requiring medical treatment, long residents seeking indefinite leave to remain, those who have entered the country illegally, criminals and many other appellants.

In addition to regular court appearances, members provide a range of advisory and drafting services. These include assessments into the merits of applications and appeals, grounds of appeal documents, skeleton arguments and any required guidance.
