Success for Andrew Willetts in boundary dispute trial

Andrew was instructed by the claimant in a 3 day boundary dispute trial in Exeter before Recorder Russell in June with judgment handed down on 9th July and the final order concluding the case only recently being drawn up on 20th July. Andrew secured a resounding victory for the Claimants establishing the boundary line as claimed, an award for general damages for nuisance and full recovery of costs.
