In this free two-hour remote seminar Charlotte Davies will provide a practical and user-friendly overview of what an inquest is and what you can expect if called to give evidence at a hearing. The seminar will cover all the practicalities, the expectations of the coroner, as well as invaluable hints and tips of how to navigate the process.

Charlotte, Head of Civil at KBG Chambers, has a specialist inquest practice of nearly twenty years having represented all types of clients, including families, local authorities, companies and corporations, police forces, and other interested persons, at multi-day hearings including under Article 2 and with juries, and alongside Leading Counsel. Many of Charlotte’s inquests have been reported in the national press.
