KBG Chambers' Financial Remedies Team undertakes a complete range of work from big money cases involving complex trust arrangements to modest value claims. Members of the team are experienced in advocacy at all levels of court and in providing specialist advice in conference or in writing. Areas of specialism include preventing the dissipation of assets, cases involving foreign or off-shore assets, complex trust arrangements, orders in respect of pensions and acting for interveners.
