Practice Overview

Jenny joined Chambers in 2009, having been a tenant previously at Cobden House Chambers in Manchester.
Jenny represents clients in Family and Civil proceedings. She also appears in the Criminal jurisdiction, specialising in road traffic law and regulatory law. In addition to her full time practice, Jenny is currently teaching the Civil Procedure unit of the ILEX professional qualification.

Jenny has developed her experience in complex disputes in cases concerning children both in care cases and private law cases, including family law injunctions. Jenny acts for parents, guardians and local authorities. In care cases, she is able to reassure and encourage parents to remain strong and positive in the face of complex and often distressing circumstances and use her clear and focused advocacy to achieve favorable outcomes.
