Recent success for Feleena Grosvenor

Feleena recently secured an acquittal after a Crown Court trial for a defendant accused of three breaches of her criminal behaviour order. During the trial Feleena minimised the defendant’s intoxicated and aggressive demeanour on the body worn footage, and maximised attention to the weaknesses in the Crown’s case, including the deficiencies of the police investigation after the defendant raised her “reasonable excuse”.
