Our team delivers training day on injunctions for Cornish social housing provider

On 7 October 2025, Charlotte Davies, Rawdon Crozier, Stephen Barratt and Sam Knight, with Katrina Robinson MBE of Birketts Solicitors, provided training to social and affordable housing provider Ocean Housing on access and ASB injunctions.

The training was well-attended by Ocean employees with role play scenarios designed to prepare them for attending court, presenting their case, and giving evidence.
