Chris Cuddihee successfully defended a former Assistant Head Teacher and Safeguarding Lead of a Cornwall secondary school accused of abuse of a position of trust by engaging in sexual activity with a female pupil of that school during her Year 11. The defendant was accused of having a lengthy sexual relationship with the pupil. They jury at Truro Crown Court acquitted the defendant of all charges after a trial lasting 5 days.
