On 24 September 2025, Feleena Grosvenor held her annual criminal barrister workshop for Pathways to Law at Exeter University, with assistance from Kat Purshouse.

Pathways to Law, https://lnkd.in/eXz5ZcHM, is a programme which provides opportunities for sixth form students who are interested in law, and is offered through 7 UK universities. The programme targets high-achieving students in state schools and colleges who will be the first generation in their family to attend university. It aims to raise their aspirations and provide them with the skills and confidence to pursue a successful legal career.

The criminal workshop provided an insight into how the students can become a criminal barrister and what to expect as one. Feleena and Kat explained the common advocacy exercises found at interviews for Bar school and pupillage, gave demonstrations, and provided an interactive opportunity for the students to try their advocacy.
