Charlotte Davies (2007) has appeared for Cornwall Council in an inquest over eight days before the Senior Coroner for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly which has resulted in the findings being referred to Lady Heather Hallett, the chair of the ongoing UK Covid-19 public inquiry, and a Prevention of Future Deaths report being sent to the Cabinet Office.
