KBG Chambers is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathon Bosanko as Head of Chambers. Jonathon takes over from Deni Mathews, who has stepped down after 11 years following his appointment by the King as a Circuit Judge. Jonathan has been a member of Chambers for 22 years, specialising in matrimonial finance law. He is highly recommended by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories.

Deni Mathews says

“I have no doubt that Jon will be a tremendous success. He is a senior and long standing member of Chambers and has already been part for many years of our progressive growth. Our traditions of excellence in service, within a supportive, forward thinking and inclusive set, are safe in his hands."

In being appointed as Head of Chambers Jonathon says

“First and foremost I would like to express my thanks on behalf of all members of KBG Chambers to Deni for the guidance and leadership he has provided to us over the course of the last 11 years. Under his stewardship KBG Chambers has gone from strength to strength, with over 45 members and 12 clerks.

I am honoured to take on the role as Head of Chambers and look forward to working with our dedicated clerking and administrative teams led by Colin Palmer. I will work hard to ensure that Chambers continues to provide the excellent legal services for which it is known, maintains and builds strong relationships with clients, and preserves an environment in which all members, including outstanding young talent, feels supported and can thrive”.
