Charlotte Davies was invited to present a talk on Unlawful Profit Orders to the attendees of the Devon Tenancy Fraud Forum

Charlotte Davies was invited to present a talk on Unlawful Profit Orders to the attendees of the Devon Tenancy Fraud Forum on Friday 15 November2024.

The conference, held in association with Plymouth Community Homes, was attended by social housing providers and local authorities from across the country and aimed to provide those involved in tackling tenancy fraud with legal and procedural updates, as well as information sharing across the sectors.

Charlotte has a specialised practice area in Property & Land Law which includes Housing work. She appears regularly in courts across the south west for social housing providers, recently successfully obtaining an Unlawful Profit Order for Ocean Housing.
