KBG Chambers' Clinical Negligence Team is continuing to develop during 2022. Thomas Challacombe has an excellent local following and is already recommended as a Tier 1 counsel in the LEGAL 500 for Personal Injury. Work undertaken includes actions for damages arising out of all types of clinical negligence with a particular expertise in catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, product liability, inquests, disciplinary tribunals and appeals & inquiries.
We understand that making a claim is often difficult and stressful but, equally, the defence of a claim will have implications for the professional reputations of those whose conduct is criticised.
Sadly, some medical errors result in the death of the patient and we are able to provide expertise in advising and representation at inquests and in subsequent civil claims for damages.
