Abigail Leigh selected to attend the Bar Council Anglo-Dutch Exchange

Abbie Leigh was successfully selected to attend the Anglo-Dutch Exchange, which was an opportunity that recognised her enthusiasm, engagement, and advocacy qualities. Abbie visited the Netherlands for a week to learn about another legal system and network with like-minded individuals from the UK and the Netherlands.
The Anglo-Dutch exchange is a programme that’s been run by the Bar Council Young Barristers’ Committee and the Young Bars of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague since 1966. It aims to build on the jurisdictions’ two common principles: improving access to justice and upholding the rule of law.
It included visits to the Supreme Court, various law firms, the Peace Palace, and a meeting with the Public Prosecutor of Amsterdam.
Abbie, https://www.kbgchambers.co.uk/people/barristers/abigail-leigh/, is available to instruct in family and civil matters. Please contact the clerks on 01752 221551.
