Practice overview
Kathleen joined KBG Chambers as a tenant in October 2025, after completing pupillage in Chambers under the supervision of Nicholas Lewin.
Kathleen is accepting instructions in both Magistrates and Crown Court Matters for prosecution and defence.
A career-changer, Kathleen studied Archaeology and History at the University of Southampton before joining the Royal Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer in 2014. This career saw Kathleen deploy in various ships and submarines across the Middle East, Atlantic, Caribbean, and Europe.
Leaving the Royal Navy in 2022, Kathleen relocated to the Southwest and commenced the GDL at the University of Law (University of Exeter Campus). Kathleen was then employed as a casework officer at the Bar Standards Board while studying part 1 of the Bar Course alongside her work.
