Christian is experienced in all areas of financial remedy applications, from pre-proceedings negotiations, onwards through to final hearings. Christian has experience in dealing with high-net-worth divorces and advises on, and drafts, pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements.
He regularly represents spouses, cohabitants, and third-party interveners in mid-to-high value financial remedy proceedings following divorce or relationship breakdown.

Christian is frequently instructed in disputes over ownership of the family home between unmarried cohabitants. He has a dual practise incorporating both Family Law and the Law of Property and Trusts and is ideally placed to represent clients at Court in these disputes and offer advice before proceedings as to the strength of a potential claim.
He routinely advises and represents clients in disputes between spouses and third parties (often family members) concerning the ownership of the matrimonial home or other family property.
