Charlotte is instructed in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, historical sexual abuse and non-accidental injury.
In the relation to private law matters, Charlotte presents parents and children in serious cases involving domestic abuse, allegation of coercive and controlling behaviour and issues relating allegations of parental alienation.
