Victoria Lees and Abigail Leigh, instructed in a complex 4 day family case

The issues included change of residence, psychological expert assessments, parental alienation & sexual abuse allegation

Last week, Victoria Lees represented the guardian and Abbigail Leigh the Mother in a complex four-day final hearing in a private children matter. The issues included change of residence, psychological expert assessments, parental alienation, sexual abuse allegations, parental responsibility, name change applications and a variety of specific issue order applications.

This highlights that at KBG Chambers we have strength and depth throughout our Family Team. We frequently have members involved in the same complex cases, in care proceedings, private law and matrimonial finance. This includes having juniors led by more senior members of chambers.
