KBG Pupils Attend Advocacy Course

Our 3 pupils attended the The Western Circuit Advocacy Course at the weekend. Stephen Barratt, Abbie Leigh and Samuel Knight started their pupillage at KBG in October this year. All 3 are covering Civil Law with Abbie dividing her pupillage between Civil and Family Law.

Charlotte Davies appears for Cornwall Council alongside Leading Counsel in consolidated drowning inquest to be referred to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry

Charlotte Davies (2007) has appeared for Cornwall Council in an inquest over eight days before the Senior Coroner for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly which has resulted in the findings being referred to Lady Heather Hallett, the chair of the ongoing UK Covid-19 public inquiry, and a Prevention of Future Deaths report being sent to the Cabinet Office. The inquest has been reported widely in the national press.
