After a 6 week trial at Plymouth Crown Court, Katie Churcher secured an acquittal for a defendant charged with serious rape offences.
Four defendants stood for trial with 3 other counsel instructed from KBG Chambers. Ali Rafati (Leading Junior), Christopher Cuddihee and Hollie Gilbery were Junior Counsel throughout proceedings.
