Experts in the Field
KBG Chambers' Mediation Team is defined by its unwavering commitment to professional excellence. The team includes several highly experienced and respected mediators who are at the forefront of their field - among them, Legal 500 Tier 1 recommended Rawdon Crozier and Andrew Willetts, as well as the knowledgeable, skilled, and widely praised Charlotte Davies and James Jarvis.
Members of the team bring substantial experience acting as advocates for both Claimants and Defendants across a wide range of mediations. This is complemented by their equally strong track record conducting mediations as neutral mediators.
Having worked extensively on both sides of the mediation process throughout their careers, our mediators bring a deep understanding of the dynamics involved. This dual perspective allows them to consistently deliver mediation services that are cost-effective, efficient, and of exceptional value - helping parties resolve disputes with clarity, confidence, and the highest standard of professionalism.
Bespoke Mediation Service
KBG Chambers recognises that, like court hearings, mediation is not a “one size fits all” process. We believe its greatest strengths, accessibility, flexibility, and the ability to achieve practical, positive outcomes, are often undervalued by other providers.
At KBG Chambers, every mediation, regardless of its value or complexity, is treated with the highest levels of professionalism and commitment. Our Mediation Team works tirelessly to help parties reach settlement or achieve other constructive outcomes through a focused and supportive mediation process.
Chambers’ Civil Mediators are available to attend mediations in person across the South West and beyond. We also regularly host mediations online via platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, offering flexible solutions to suit the needs of all parties.
For those preferring in-person sessions, our modern and prestigious premises at Royal William Yard in Plymouth offer an ideal environment for mediation. We provide several private, sound-proofed conference rooms suitable for both joint and breakout sessions, accommodating mediation teams of all sizes. Catering and refreshments are available upon request, and our exceptional clerking team ensures a seamless and efficient service from start to finish.
