Victoria's practice covers a broad range of family law including public and private law cases.
She accepts instructions on behalf of parents, children and Local Authorities in public law cases, and she has expertise in private children cases including international and national relocation cases as well as intractable contact and residence disputes. She represents parties at fact-finding hearings and contested final hearings involving allegations of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and drug or alcohol abuse.

Victoria accepts instructions from Local Authority, Respondents and the Guardian. She appears in the County and High Court and has experience in a wide variety of public law matters including interim care order applications in emergency and non-emergency scenarios, Finding of Fact Hearings and Final Hearings.
Victoria appears in the High Court on behalf of Applicant's or Respondent's dealing with DOLs Applications.
Victoria represents both Applicants and Respondents before all levels of the Judiciary at all stages of private law proceedings. Victoria brings compassion and care to private law children work and has considerable experience dealing with Section8 applications, including cases involving alienation, enforcement, serious allegations of abuse, Finding of Fact Hearings, and complex issues of mental or physical illness of parents and children.
Victoria has regularly appeared on applications pursuant to the Family Law Act where domestic violence is an issue.
