Hollie successfully represented a 16 year old who was acquitted after trial for an allegation of rape dating back to when he was just 13 years of age.

Hollie successfully represented a 16 year old who was acquitted after trial for an allegation of rape dating back to when he was just 13 years of age. The trial involved a defendant with some speech and language difficulties as well as other vulnerabilities associated with his young age and required Hollie to robustly cross examine the officer in the case who had failed to properly accommodate these vulnerabilities when interviewing the young person.
