Rawdon Crozier advised concerned leaseholders.

Dibleys Heritage, in Blewbury outside Didcot, a desirable retirement site in extensive grounds, has been in the news after concerns about its management were discussed by Sebastian O’Kelly, of the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership ("LKP"), and the local Member of Parliament, David Johnston, Conservative MP for Wantage following a recent First Tier Tribunal (FTT) hearing -   https://lnkd.in/d4EmNaSzRawdon Crozier advised concerned leaseholders at Dibleys, initially on a direct access basis, in relation to attempts to impose a less advantageous lease upon them and was able to refer them to the solicitor who acted for them in the FTT hearing, Charles Knapper of www.cwcsolicitors.co.uk. It is an interesting effect of the introduction of direct public access to barristers that would-be litigants who have struggled to represent themselves and to find solicitors to represent them can get initial advice from a barrister qualified to accept direct access instructions and then be referred on to a suitable solicitor. #leaseholds #civillaw #kbgchambers
