Great feedback for Victoria Lees

Court finds in favour of Vicky's client, the Mother

Victoria Lees recently represented a Mother in care proceedings where the local authority’s plan was to remove the children from the mother care  into foster care. After a 3 day final hearing, the court found in favour of the Mother and ordered a supervision order for the children to remain with the mother . The client took the time to provide the following feedback “Vicky is incredible awesome and so calm cool and collective,  I don't know how i would  have got through these hearings without her.”

Victoria accepts instructions on behalf of parents, children and Local Authorities in public law cases, and she has expertise in private children cases including international and national relocation cases as well as intractable contact and residence disputes. She represents parties at fact-finding hearings and contested final hearings involving allegations of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and drug or alcohol abuse.
