Further success for Victoria Lees

Victoria successfully argued that two of the children should remain in long term foster care

Victoria Lees represented a mother in a 3 day public law final hearing. The local authority’s plan was adoption for all 3 children. Victoria successfully argued that two of the children should remain in long term foster care and the youngest child who was placed for adoption shall have direct parent and sibling contact.
