Member of KBG Chambers Charlotte Davies is co-leading the relaunch of the Western Circuit Women's Forum mentoring programme, and has authored an article for Counsel Magazine on how mentoring can help you on the path to judicial appointment and silk. 

 

The new programme is designed to be a "needs-based" system whereby practitioners can seek out a mentor to guide them through particular life events or life stages - for example, maternity leave; part-time practice; navigating divorce; caring for children with additional needs or elderly relatives; or moving chambers -alongside career goals.
