Another acquittal for Katie Churcher

After a four day trial at Truro Crown Court, Katie secured an acquittal for a Defendant charged with attempted rape

After a four day trial at Truro Crown Court, Katie secured an acquittal for a Defendant charged with attempted rape and serious sexual assaults dating back to 2022. The delay in the matter being tried had a huge impact on the young Defendant and so the 'not guilty' verdicts, which the jury returned in less than an hour, were a huge relief.
