North East Property Buyer’s litigation heading to the Supreme Court

An appeal in the North East Property Buyers’ litigation, Mortgage Business plc v O'Shaughnessy [2012] EWCA Civ 17 [2012] 1 W.L.R. 1521, will be heard by the Supreme Court later this year.
