Judgement on a Court of Appeal case for John Antell

On the 15th. January 2013 the Court of Appeal gave judgment in Robertson v Swift [2012] EWCA Civ 1794, a decision which has an important impact on the interpretation of the Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer’s Home or Place of Work etc Regulations 2008.  John Antell represented the appellant.
