Charlotte Davies defeats Police Licensing Appeal

Charlotte successfully defended Cornwall Council in an appeal brought by the Police against the granting of a licence for 'Kebab on the Corner' in Falmouth. The Police argued that the Council had applied the wrong test by reversing the burden of proof onto them, rather than looking to the Applicant to demonstrate there would not be a negative impact within the Cumulative Impact Zone in …
